1. Digital Products Policy
All products sold through Digital Learning Store are digital goods that are delivered instantly via email upon successful payment.
⚠️ Important Notice:
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the product has been delivered to your email address. Digital products cannot be "returned" as they are immediately accessible upon delivery.
2. What We Deliver
E-Books & Guides: PDF documents delivered via email
Templates: Downloadable files sent to your email
Online Courses: Access links sent via email
Subscriptions: Recurring access to premium content
3. Delivery Confirmation
We maintain detailed records of all deliveries including:
Date and time of delivery
Email address used for delivery
IP address at time of purchase
Transaction ID from payment processor
Download confirmation (when applicable)
4. When We May Issue Refunds
We may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:
Technical issues preventing download (verified by our support team)
Duplicate charges due to payment processing error
Product significantly different from description (must be reported within 24 hours)
📧 Refund Request Process:
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us within 24 hours of purchase with your transaction ID and detailed explanation. We will review each case individually.
5. Subscription Cancellation
For subscription products:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments
Access continues until the end of the current billing period
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are explicitly non-refundable:
Products that have been downloaded or accessed
Products where delivery was confirmed but customer claims non-receipt
Requests made more than 24 hours after purchase
Change of mind after purchase
7. Chargebacks & Disputes
We maintain comprehensive delivery records. In case of a payment dispute:
We will provide evidence of successful delivery to the payment processor
Email delivery logs and download records will be submitted as proof
Fraudulent chargeback attempts may result in account suspension
